Your new website is already built
We build UK dental practices a new website from their public Google listing, then send it over finished. You look at the result, not a proposal.
Got an email from us? Your demo link is in it. This is the company behind it.

This is what a practice gets
Three example sites, built the same way yours would be. Different practices get genuinely different sites, because the site is built from their own information rather than poured into one template.
- harbour-lane-dental.sitedevhq.com
Harbour Lane Dental · Whitby
A family practice: opening hours and phone number first, warm and unhurried.
- ardent-dental-studio.sitedevhq.com
Ardent Dental Studio · Manchester
Cosmetic and implant work, where the site has to look as considered as the treatment.
- elm-row-dental.sitedevhq.com
Elm Row Dental Practice · Berwick-upon-Tweed
An NHS practice with older patients: large type, plain words, nothing to hunt for.
Example sites, not customers. We're new, and we would rather show you the work than borrow someone else's logo.
The difference a patient sees
Most practice websites were fine when they were built, ten or fifteen years ago. Drag to compare a typical one against what we'd send you.

Their site todayWhat we buildHow it works
Four steps, and three of them happen before you hear from us.
- 01
We find your practice on Google
We look for UK dental practices whose current website is out of date or hard to use on a phone. Everything we read is public: your listing, hours, services, photos and reviews.
- 02
We build the site before we contact you
Your real information becomes a real website, laid out properly and written in plain English. No template to fill in, no stock content, no discovery call.
- 03
We email you the link
One email with a link to the finished demo. Open it, look at it, check that every fact on it is right. If you'd rather we hadn't, one reply takes it down.
- 04
You pay only to take it live
£249 unlocks the site and puts it online, on your own domain if you have one. £25 a month keeps it hosted and covers the small changes you send us.
What you get
Built around your practice
Your hours, services, phone number and reviews, laid out so a patient finds what they need in seconds.
Fast on a phone
Most patients look you up on a phone, standing somewhere. That is the screen the site is designed for first.
Hosting and HTTPS included
It stays online, secure and quick, for as long as your subscription is active. Nothing for you to maintain.
Changes handled for you
Send a line of text, a new price list or a photo. A person on our team makes the change. No editor to learn.
Your own domain
Point your existing domain at it, or keep the address we give you. Either way the domain stays yours.
Nothing to sign up for first
The demo exists before you talk to us. If you never reply, nothing happens and nothing is charged.
£249once
then £25 a month
- The finished website, taken live
- Hosting and a secure (HTTPS) connection
- Small content changes: text, photos, hours, services
- Your own domain connected, if you'd like one
No hidden fees, and you can cancel any time. Since the £25 monthly fee is what keeps your site hosted, cancelling takes it offline.
Why £249 and not £2,500
Agencies in this market quote between £2,500 and £12,000, and they are not overcharging: most of that is the work before the work. A brief, a quote, a discovery call, mock-ups, rounds of approvals, chasing content out of a busy practice for six weeks.
We skip all of it. The site is built from information that is already public, before anyone speaks to anyone. If you like it you pay; if you don't, we wasted our own time, not yours. That is the whole reason the number is small, and it is the only part of this you have to take on trust, because everything else is already on the screen in front of you.
We built this before we spoke to you. Here's exactly why.
We found your practice on Google. Your business listing, opening hours, services, photos and reviews are public information, visible to anyone searching for a dentist nearby. Your current website is public too. We used that information to put together a new site, so that when we got in touch, you'd have something real to look at rather than a sales pitch.
We think that's a fairer way to introduce ourselves than a cold call or an enquiry form. It also means the site is worth having a look at, whether or not you ever reply.
If you'd rather we hadn't built it, or you don't want to hear from us again, email takedown@sitedevhq.com and we'll take the demo offline, delete what we hold about your practice, and not contact you again.
Questions
Do I own the website?
Your practice owns its content: your text, photos, services and your domain name stay yours, and you can take them elsewhere. What the £249 buys is the finished site, unlocked and taken live for your practice. The £25 a month is what keeps it hosted, so if you cancel, the site stops being served.
Why is it £249 when agencies quote thousands?
Because the work that costs the most has already happened before we contact you. There's no brief to take, no quote to prepare, no rounds of approvals, and no sales meeting: the site is built from your public Google listing first, and you either like the result or you ignore the email. Agencies in this market quote £2,500 to £12,000 because they start from a blank page and a discovery call. We start from a finished site.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. If you already have a domain, tell us and we'll connect it at no extra charge beyond the usual monthly fee. If you don't have one, you buy it from any registrar (that's paid to them, not to us) or the site can simply stay on a sitedevhq.com address.
How long do changes take, and what's included?
Small content changes (updated hours, a new service, different text or photos) are included in the £25 monthly fee. We don't offer full redesigns or new page layouts as part of it; for anything bigger, email us and we'll let you know what's possible.
What happens to the demo if I don't want it?
Nothing you need to do. If you simply don't reply, the demo stays private and unpublished, and nothing is charged. If you'd rather it came down altogether, email takedown@sitedevhq.com and we'll take it offline, delete what we hold about your practice, and not contact you again.
Where did the information on my demo site come from?
From information that's already public: your Google Business Profile (listing, hours, photos, reviews) and your practice's existing website. We don't use any private or patient data. Everything on the demo is what a patient could already find by searching for you.
I've lost the email. Can I see the demo again?
Yes. Email hello@sitedevhq.com with your practice name and we'll send the link again.
Who makes the changes to my site once it's live?
We do. Once your site is live you get a simple customer area where you can send a change request in a few words, or you can just email us. Either way a person on our team makes the change. There's no page-builder or template editor to learn.
